Judiciary Would be Spared from Shutdown Disruption

There was a shutdown in the government recently.

There are three branches in the government working together in order to create a peaceful and great nation. However, there is a branch that has to continue working even though the government shutdowns. It is the judicial branch. For at least the first 10 days of any shutdown, the judicial branch will continue working.

Most of the things that the judicial branch does are very important to the people of the country, so it is very hard to shutdown the judicial branch, which includes other courts around the country.

The good thing is that they will always be paid for the hours they work for. It states in the Article of the Constitution. (Article III) "The Us Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeals and district courts, and the U.S. Court of International Trade would continue to get paid without interruption."

Since this branch is very important, I also thought the judicial branch is not going to shutdown as two other branches did. Can't live with out law!

  1. First of all, I hope U.S. Congress and executive branch reopen their activity as soon as possible. Yes, I agree with the article that says about the importance of judicial branch. Because of the separated rule from the other two branch, sometimes, I want to part of the judicial branch since I like to do something with responsibility.

  2. US has lots of trouble going on these days. I hope they will be able to fix it as they did before. Also, I think it's president Obama who is causing those troubles.
